Finished off our boot camp session this morning at FVT with a body weight only, zero equipment conditioning circuit … thought I would share it with you to do on your own, for maybe a quick fat burning session you can do at home between boot camps, or even as you travel / are away from your regular routine over the coming holiday weeks.
FVT Zero Equipment Body Weight Workout
Do as many reps as you can of each exercise in 45 seconds. Rest for 15 seconds between movements. Do three rounds of the circuit total.
– Jumping Jacks / X Jacks / Seal Jacks
– Reverse Prisoner Lunges (alternating)
– Push up w/ Superman
– Low Squat Hold
