I'm Forest Vance, owner and head trainer at Forest Vance Training, Inc. I've got more than half a decade of experience in the fitness industry, multiple nationally accredited personal training certifications, and a Master's Degree in Human Movement. I'm also a former college and pro athlete - the picture up top is of me shortly after my football career ended. I was tipping the scales at a whopping 310 pounds. I had, quite simply, let my weight get out of control.
