The mission of the Sacramento SPCA is to foster a loving and compassionate community for animals and people by providing assistance, creating lifelong relationships, and saving lives.

Since 1894, they’ve worked to reduce pet overpopulation through affordable spay/neuter services, promote the humane treatment of animals through education and outreach, and assist pet owners through a variety of programs and services designed to keep pets and their families together for life.

The FVT / SPCA Charity Boot Camp 2016

We’ll kick off with one of our signature FVT boot camp workouts. In this high intensity full body conditioning session, you’ll work every muscle in your body, blow torch body fat and build lean muscle – all in 45 minutes.

EVERYONE is welcome – current client or not – and is encouraged to attend!
