Underground Fat Destroyer – 8 Week Challenge

It’s a SERIOUS program, designed to help you make HUGE progress in the first two months of 2017!

Here’s how it works:

  • On Tuesday, January 3rd, at 6 pm, we’ll meet as a group. We’ll take your starting weight, body fat, and measurements. We’ll talk about the diet plan we’ll be using in the Challenge, and how to set yourself up for maximum success!
  • Challenge participants will meet every Tuesday at 6 pm for the duration of the Challenge. We’ll weigh in every week to keep you accountable … we’ll help you tweak and adjust the program to hit your individual goals … you’ll have the support of other folks who are working towards a common goal … and SO much more.
  • You’ll also work out at the studio for the duration of the Challenge at least two times per week. For current clients who are already training – you can stick with the current plan you’re on, or bump up your workout frequency for the duration of this program if you like. New clients, we’ll have a special package for you that will include two months of two times per week boot camp workouts + the 8 nutrition coaching sessions.
  • At our final group meeting on February 28th, we’ll take our ending weight, body fat, and measurements … wrap everything up … and pick our winners! – who’ll get CASH PRIZES, based on weight + body fat + inches lost.
  • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will get cash prizes. Prizes will be tiered based on sign ups for the Challenge. 20 sign ups = $500 (1st) / $300 (2nd) / $100 (3rd). 15 sign ups = $300 (1st) / $200 (2nd) / $100 (3rd). 10 sign ups = $200 (1st) / $100 (2nd) / $50 (3rd). 5 sign ups = $100 (1st) / $50 (2nd) / $25 (3rd).


Now we have different pricing options for existing and new clients.

The CURRENT client option does NOT include workouts.

The NEW / RETURNING client option includes two workouts per week for the duration of the Challenge.

Q – Why is the cost so different for existing vs returning clients?

A – The current client option does not include workouts. The new / returning client option includes two workouts per week in our group personal training program for the duration of the Challenge.
