3 Tips for a Better KB Snatch

KB snatches are among the best moves for building strength, endurance, and an elite engine.

…and not to mention, burning a massive amount of calories in a short amount of time!

Why?

1 – They build HUGE posterior chain power

2 – They develop grip and upper back endurance under fatigue

3 – They elevate your heart rate FAST – and demand a high power output
