Foundations Yoga – Friday at 5:30 PM

This Friday, February 6th at 5:30 PM, we’re introducing Foundations Yoga with Tammy.

Foundations Yoga is a basics-driven yoga class focused on:

• Common poses you’ll see in most yoga classes
• How to move and breathe without feeling rushed or confused
• Building strength, mobility, and confidence on the mat
• Options and clear cues so you can actually enjoy the practice

If you’ve ever felt like yoga classes move too fast — or you just want a solid, no-nonsense flow — this class is a great fit.

How pricing works (simple):

• If you’ve never attended a Friday night yoga or Saturday Community Sweat, your first session is free
• Drop-in: $20
• 5-class pass: $75

Current FVT clients:

You can choose one option per week — Friday night Foundations Yoga or Saturday morning Community Sweat. (OR, pay the drop in if you’d like to attend both!)

We’re excited to roll this out and see how it fits into the schedule.
