We’re taking on a few more people for our 28-Day Challenge this March at FVT Warrior Wellness.

FRIDAY YOGA
Yoga is back on the schedule for Fridays in March!
The schedule is as follows:
Friday, March 6th at 5:30 PM – Foundations with Tammy
Friday, March 13th at 5:30 PM – Steel Mace Vinyasa with Forest
Friday, March 20th at 5:30 PM – Foundations with Tammy
Friday, March 27th at 5:30 PM – Steel Mace Vinyasa with Forest
TACTICAL STRENGTH CHALLENGE
This is the big goal we are training for as a group over the next couple of months. We will be hosting this event at our gym on Saturday, May 2nd at 8:00 AM.
