Kettlebell Clean / Press Technique (rack position)

Getting into a solid rack position is something I personally struggled with for a bit when I first got into kettlebells.

For some reason, I just couldn’t seem to get it right.

Then, I learned the checkpoints I’m going to share with you in today …

… and it made all the difference!

KETTLEBELL RACK POSITION CHECKPOINTS

1 – Hand should be below the chin
2 – Forearm is vertical
3 – Arm is close to the body
4 – KB should be touching the upper arm and forearm

Basic stuff, but honestly, a LOT of people get it wrong.

And if your rack position isn’t right, your cleans and presses – and any other moves you do from there – won’t be right either.

So, practice this drill a minute before your next kettlebell workout, and see improvements right away!
