Foundations / Beginner Boot Camp – following up

We held our first “Foundations” / Beginner Boot Camp workout this morning at 6am at our Downtown / Land Park location.

It was a great success!

New clients appreciated the slightly slower pace, learning-focused environment, and emphasis on form.

Current clients also loved it too. They told me taking time to work on and improving the basics was really great.
