Here’s how it works:
Forest and the rest of the FVT Team will do a “Train-a-Trainer” 20-minute workout at the end of the Bring-a-Buddy event.
Your $20 contribution lets you pick a 45 second segment of exercises for them to perform.
The goal is to raise $300 for each location!
