
This week at FVT, we ran a 300-rep kettlebell challenge. Kettlebells are one of our go-to tools because they deliver big results in a short amount of time. Most of our training sessions pair heavy barbell strength work (to build muscle and get stronger over time) with kettlebell conditioning (to improve fitness, burn fat, and keep you athletic).
