🤔 What’s more motivating: a goal weight… or an event on the calendar?

This weekend we’re running our Iron & Asphalt Challenge — bench, deadlift, and a 5K through downtown Lee’s Summit.

The cool part? Everyone who signed up got stronger, leaner, and more athletic without chasing numbers on a scale… just by training for an event.

Now I want your input: if we put another challenge on the calendar this fall / winter, what would get YOU excited?
