This past weekend I wrapped up Steel Mace Vinyasa Level 1 Training in Cache, OK with @angiemasonmoves and the crew at Viking Vinyasa Fitness.

At events like this—yoga teacher trainings, movement workshops, etc.—I usually end up being the token dude 😅 …and I’m totally good with it. Every time I step into these spaces, I walk away sharper as a coach and athlete.
But here’s the thing: if all your training right now is kettlebell swings, heavy lifts, and HIIT, you’re missing a big piece of the puzzle.
Mobility + flexibility = the tools that keep you strong, pain-free, and functional for the long haul.
That’s why I’m diving deeper into Steel Mace Vinyasa. What makes it unique is how it blends strength, flow, and mobility. It’s part conditioning, part movement practice, and part meditation in motion.
As part of my certification, I’ll be teaching and filming eight classes using the Prime Condition Flow Method. Instead of just practicing to a camera, I want to bring real people along for the ride.
So here’s your heads up: I’ll be opening up a chance to join me—either in private sessions or a small group series this fall.
If you’ve been feeling beat up from years of hard training—or if you’re curious about a new way to train that keeps you strong for decades to come—this could be a game-changer.
Stay tuned for details!
