Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp almond slices
  • 1 tsp honey

Calories: ~130 | Carbs: ~14g | Protein: ~12.4g | Fat: ~4.1g
