FVT is growing, and we are looking for a part-time trainer/coach to join our team!

If you or someone you know wants to make a difference and build a meaningful career in health and fitness, this could be the perfect fit.

Certification with a nationally accredited organization and/or a degree in a related field is highly preferred. Prior coaching experience highly preferred. Familiarity / experience working with men and women over 40, kettlebells, and teaching the basic barbell lifts is highly preferred.

  • 1/4 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp almond slices
  • 1 tsp honey

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup liquid egg whites (equivalent to about 4 egg whites)
  • 1/2 cup diced turkey or chicken
  • 1 cup mixed veggies (spinach, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes)
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together 2 whole eggs and 1/2 cup of liquid egg whites until well beaten.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Add diced turkey or chicken to the pan and cook until browned.
  4. Add the mixed veggies to the pan and sauté until they are tender.
  5. Pour the beaten eggs and egg whites into the pan and gently stir to combine with the turkey, chicken, and veggies.
  6. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are fully cooked and scrambled.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your revised, lower-fat protein-packed breakfast!
