Pre-Workout Protein Cookie Recipe
INGREDIENTS
— 2 cups oatmeal (dry)
— 1/2 cup applesauce
— 1 scoop whey protein
— 2 egg whites
— 2 tsp peanut butter
Mix all the ingredients together; shape into cookies on a cookie sheet; bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
MAKES 8 COOKIES – nutrition breakdown for 2:
— 234 calories
— 14 grams protein
— 31 grams carbs
— 7 grams fat
