FVT Winter Warrior Combine – Sign Up Now

Spots are filling fast, and we are limiting it to 10 participants due to space and group management.

I came up with the idea for the Iron + Asphalt Challenge last spring, and it was a great motivator for people to train all summer and stay on track toward a goal.

Now that the weather is turning and the holiday season is coming, this is our next big event.

We will do:

— SINGLE-ARM KB SWINGS – 10 on the minute every minute for 10 minutes, max weight
— TURKISH GET-UPS – 1 on the minute every minute for 10 minutes, max weight
— BARBELL BACK SQUATS – .75 bodyweight for max reps (women) / bodyweight for max reps (men)
OR
DOUBLE KB FRONT SQUATS – .375 bodyweight for max reps (women) / .5 bodyweight for max reps (men)
— MAX CHIN-UPS / PULL-UPS (1 rep = 1 point) or MAX AUSTRALIAN PULL-UPS (5 reps = 1 point)

Your registration includes event entry, snacks and refreshments, an official Winter Warrior Combine T-shirt, and bragging rights forever 😉

HOWEVER, as mentioned, several spots are already filled, and we’re capping this one at 10 due to space and group management.

The price is nominal—just enough to cover expenses (it’s $5 more than last time because we actually lost money doing it, lol).

The MAIN POINT is to keep you motivated over the winter—and maybe get a friend or two to train with us for the event, get turned on to the FVT training system, and stick with the program so we can help you build and maintain your long-term fitness goals!
