OK—I’m excited to get this live and ready for sign-up.

We’re doing a Mindful Eating Summer Reset starting next week.

This is a small group coaching program that I’m going to personally lead.

We’re going to meet live over Zoom once per week. You’ll also have optional in-person check-ins if you’re here locally in Lee’s Summit, or we can check in via email/text if you’re not local.

If your eating habits feel a little all over the place…
If you’re eating when you’re not actually hungry…
Or if you’re struggling to stay consistent…

…and you want to make changes without extreme diets or restriction—this is going to be perfect.

We’ll focus on:

  • how to eat
  • when to eat
  • and why you eat

That’s the goal of this program.

Again, it’s live over Zoom. I’ll send out a recap of key takeaways each week, and the sessions will be partially recorded.

So if you can’t make every single one, you’ll still get value—but I definitely recommend attending live if you can.

At the end of this, I want you to walk away with better habits you can use long-term.

And yes—you may also:

  • drop a few pounds (if that’s your goal)
  • improve some health markers
  • or simply feel more in control of your eating
