Here is a fun workout you can do with a partner!
All you need is one kettlebell to get it done.
“You-Go-I-Go” Kettlebell / Bodyweight Boot Camp Workout
(Partner A and B split work evenly, however they want)
(Break as needed during work sets – but you must complete all prescribed reps before moving on to next exercise on the list!)
100 kettlebell swings (24k men / 16k women)
80 mountain climbers (per side)
60 kettlebell goblet squats (24k men / 16k women)
40 push ups
