– 21 days of focused workouts, diet, and accountability to get you results

Memorial Day thanks + No Weights Full Body Workout

Hey –

Just got done leading an awesome, packed, high-energy boot camp at FVT to kick off the day.

Now, I am off to spend the rest of the day relaxing a little, and spending some time with friends and family.

If you’re in the US, I hope you are able to do the same.

We are hosting a FVT / Alzheimer’s Association “Train-a-Trainer” Charity Boot Camp Saturday, June 23rd @ 10am at our 1530 X Street location.

This is a full 45 minute FVT boot camp workout, specifically for:

– Current clients who want to come out, get great workout in, and support the cause
– Friends, family members, and co-workers of current clients who want to come out, get great workout in, and support the cause
– Past who want to come out, get great workout in, and support the cause
– Anyone who wants to support the Alzheimer’s Association and try a workout at FVT

Walk-a-Mile Recap + Group Pic

A big THANK YOU to all who supported Team FVT at the Walk a Mile in Her Shoes event last Sunday!

Here is a group pic of our rad 90’s bodybuilder – themed outfits, as promised 🙂

The event was a huge success. In total, $223, 109 was raised to support critical crisis intervention services for victims of sexual assault and domestic violence in our community.

Foundations Boot Camp – Last Chance

So we kicked off our new “Foundations” / Beginner Boot Camp last week! …

People are loving the workouts, and we are getting some amazing feedback after the first few sessions.

Instead of hopping into our full, high-intensity workouts on day 1, this gives you a chance to ease back into it, nurse that injury a bit, etc.

With the program, you get:

– 28 days of workouts
– our Rapid Results done-for-you meal plan
– before / after body comp

We are extending out the start date on this by another week. You will be able to start the week of May 21st, and still get in your full 28 days.

But after that, we are not 100% sure we are going to keep the program going, or what our full schedule will be.
