IF

Happy Monday!

How are ya feelin?

If it’s one of those days where you feel like you need to get your diet back on track …

… and you’ve tried different approaches, but none have them have ever really seemed to work long term …

I recommend that you give this a try:

FEED THE BEAST – Intermittent Fasting (IF) plan

You see, instead of trying to RESIST the urge to EAT (in what for majority of people is a life-long struggle) …

… the premise of the FEED THE BEAST diet is to EMBRACE this, and instead build our diet AROUND it.

It’s my personal go-to approach when I’m trying to get lean.

The core of the approach is based around a daily cycle of 8 hours of eating, and 16 hours of fasting.

That’s right – you eat all of your calories in an 8 hour period. Choose a time frame that works for you. You can start at 9am and finish at 5pm. You can start at 12 noon and finish at 8. Or whatever. And it does not have to be the same 8 hours every day.

During your fast period – do not eat 🙂 No caloric beverages, no alcohol, no food. Non-caloric beverages – like water, tea, and black coffee – are fine during the fasting period, but again, no calories of any kind.

More specifics on how to set things up – like how to calculate daily calorie needs, properly tweak as you go, and 18 100% done-for-you meal plans designed by a registered dietitian that tell you EXACTLY what to eat and when to eat it – see the full program below:

FEED THE BEAST

If you’ve tried different approaches to get lean, but none of them have ever really worked, think about why … and this approach starts making a LOT of sense.

To your success! –

PS – FEED THE BEAST is backed by substantial science. Just one recent study – done at USC at the beginning of 2017 – showed that fasting reduced risk for major diseases:
