Meet Jessica :)

“Jessica” had spent years as a self-described cardio bunny.

Then she saw a YouTube video about how an actor got ripped for a movie role, she decided that she wanted to turn “professional”.

Until then, she had done barre, yoga, pilates – and had even tried lifting weights a bit – but truth be told, her knowledge was a combination of Google searches, and stuff she had heard “was good” from her cardio bunny friends.

So Jessica started working with a trainer, and the first thing he added into her routine was deadlifts.

She’d never tried them before, and was skeptical.

But she was AMAZED at the results she got.

We will be meeting once per week, for twelve weeks, Wednesday nights from 6 to 7 pm at 1530 X Street.

We’ll deadlift. We’ll work on pull ups. We’ll work on snatches. We’ll give you a training plan to do on your own between workouts to maximize your results. And you’ll end up a STRONGER version of yourself at the end!

(Program will also co-inside with Spring TSC event – so that you can test your new found fitness level and see how you stack up! Signing up for the event is a purely OPTIONAL part of the training, it is not required in any way to participate.)

1) I can work with 12 people MAX in this program (since shooting this video, figured out a way to add 2 from the original plan – but that’s it!)

NEW 14 Day Jump Start Protocol is LIVE

Our NEW 14 Day Jump Start Protocol is LIVE!

If you’re ready to get RAPID results in the next 14 days, I want to invite you to participate in this special new program.

It is for both new AND existing clients.

HOWEVER – there are a couple of requirements you must meet, if you want to join us:

1 – You must make the commitment to actually DO the protocol to the best of your ability.

Because if we’re going to share this with you, we want you to get results! And you have to be willing to actually put in the work if that’s going to happen 🙂

2 – You will need to commit to logging everything you eat and drink (we’ll show you a SUPER easy way to do that, btw) for the 14 days.

We give you a complete outline of what to eat and when to eat it – along with sample meal plans to follow – so that everything is laid out for you.

3 – You will need to commit to five times per week of workouts, for about 45 minutes each, for the 14 days. Three of these will be “HIPT” workouts at the FVT studio, and two will be basic walk / jog / run workouts you can do anywhere.

4 – You will need to commit to taking care of your body during the Challenge. This means getting plenty of sleep, possibly reducing your caffeine intake, possibly reducing your alcohol intake, etc.

5 – You will need to be friendly and coach-able.

This might be the most important requirement of all.

If we are going to be able to help you in the best way possible, you need to be positive and open to our suggestions.
